Terms of Sales
The establishment reserves the right to refuse your reservation in the event that the official accredited bodies do not validate your credit card number. The reservation is considered firm and final from the confirmation by email sent by the Hotel de l'Europe to the address you indicated in the reservation form. A tourist tax is applicable at the price of 0.80€ /pers/night. This reservation is guaranteed by your credit card number. Arrivals are from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m., departures are until 11 a.m. The accommodation rates indicated on the reservation are subject to change by the establishment depending on the number of people occupying the room(s).

Payment for the stay and additional services is made directly to the establishment, under the conditions that the latter exercises in its establishment. The reservation is guaranteed at the rates and conditions indicated for this period. These rates and conditions may not be renewed for subsequent bookings. Access to the wifi connection is subject to an additional charge.

Terms of cancelation
A reservation can be canceled at least 96 hours in advance. A delay of less than 96 hours or a non-cancelled reservation, where the customer would not have presented himself, would give rise to the invoicing of the nights at the rate indicated on the reservation.

Any stay started is due for the entire reservation. In case of early departure, no refund for the remaining nights, initially planned, can be granted.
